Round 1

Bohachuk is pushing a long jab out, nudging Marín's forehead back and then whacking him with mid-range left hooks and looping rights stepping in. Marín countering with underhanded body shots, getting a slight piece of Bohachuk's stomach, and then bringing up overhands that are caught on the crossed forearm of the Ukrainian.

Round 2

Marín is getting his head snapped back by the jab as he stands in front of Bohachuk, stunned into inertia where he subsequently eats some 1-2s and step-through uppercuts to punctuate the combos. Marín now starts dipping to either side and loading up big wide hooks on the hips, but is then attacked downstairs with Bohachuk using prying uppercuts to pull his elbows out from where Marín has them hoisted & tucked into his ribs. Marín getting in some nice body shots, but also below the belt fouls, and Bohachuk is cracking him with BIG uppercuts on either jawline with both hands. Constant infighting without a clinch for nearly a minute, with Marín getting bulldozed against the ropes. HUGE teardrop right hands from Bohachuk. Marín just blinking them off, but they have to be making a dent.

I'm like reaching for the nearest white towel and throwing it at my laptop whenever Bohachuk opens up on him.

 

Round 3

Marín is getting pounded repeatedly with uppercuts and hooks. Bohachuk crowding in, just unloading with power shots on the frontfoot, using the jab to set up and locate Marín by stamping him lightly on the nose and then just ripping into him. Bohachuk starts to do what Kevin Kelley has been calling for at the commentary table, bringing some consecutive power shots with full leverage to bear downstairs. Marín folds over. Ref in.
