    Round 3

Bohachuk walks into a beautiful uppercut, getting his bell rung and neck made into Pez dispenser, but he recovers instantly and keeps grinding in, scooping uppercuts into Gallimore's midsection. Bohachuk is clapped on both ears as Gallimore slides his feet away from the pocket and lets a hooking flurry rip past the gloves turned inward shielding Bohachuk's upper face. Bohachuk jabs, blocked, and then shoves an uppercut in, forcing Gallimore's arms to spread apart in a show of strength. Gallimore now retreating in the final moments, shoving Bohachuk off him with both arms, but not throwing anything.

10-9 Bohachuk, close - tale of two halves, early part of the round to Gallimore and then Bohachuk late.

    29-28 Bohachuk

    Round 4

Bohachuk has middling success with a jab aiming for Gallimore's cheek, but does successfully bully him into the ropes with a series of blocked and/or ducked 1-2s. Gallimore countering off the hip with jabs and hip-twisting uppercuts all while leaning back and exhibiting a bit of slick defense, but he's getting crowded more and more and Bohachuk is chipping away on his torso with slapping hooks and then ripping uppercuts and overhands to his dome after pushing him into the ropes. At mid-range in the middle of the ring it's all Gallimore, in the phonebooth at the perimeter Bohachuk makes it physical and reigns supreme. Both fighters displaying visible facial markings now.

    10-9 Bohachuk

    39-37 Bohachuk

    Round 5

Bohachuk is walking into quick slashing hooks and sharp jabs, ultimately getting in close and bashing Gallimore with line drives and overhands, but never getting a healthy return on investment and none of his stuff getting through very cleanly. His power clearly affects Gallimore more than vice-versa, however, partially blocked or not. Gallimore being pushed across the ring even as he's landing accurate flashy counters in bunches. Heavy body shots from Bohachuk steamrolling Gallimore nearly into a corner.

    10-9 Bohachuk

    49-46 Bohachuk

Shame for Gallimore, he's putting up a decent fight and having moments in every round, with his silkier boxing at times making him look a lot better than Bohachuk...except he's just getting rag-dolled and smacked around too much to ever award him the point advantage.

    Round 6

Bohachuk is walking through all of Gallimore's quick jabs and combinations without a care. Gallimore is timed and hurt with a 1-2, head bobbling, and then immediately clearing the cobwebs and resuming a defensive stance but not before he is plugged with a few body shots from Bohachuk. Less resistance now as Bohachuk stomps his way in and plants his lead foot due south of Gallimore's ballbag. Hooking combos, left and right, unanswered, smooshing Gallimore's own fists into his face. More combos from Bohachuk trapping Gallimore on the ropes and the ref steps in to wave it off just moments before he could be saved by the bell. A little anticlimactic but whatever. Gallimore was looking increasingly fragile and couldn't get Bohachuk's respect, so the result was inevitable.

    TKO6!

Gallimore was game asf but Bohachuk was just relentless, Gallimore had no answer and was getting broken down. Good stoppage.

Damn, I really wanted to watch this, but.... I spent about 2 hours dealing with my sister's insurance companies, trying to make sure they pay for some medical equipment they're trying to take away from her, no real resolution even after all of that effort. Then I went and spent 250 dollars at ALDI, for literally the same amount of **** that cost me 200 dollars last month... inflation is a mother****er. Then I had to make room in both the fridge and the freezer for all of the new **** I got. So what should've been a random putting away the groceries turned into a damned near 2 hour ordeal. Because I had two 20 pound bags of leg quarters, and there was no getting them in the freezer even after making room. So I had to open both bags, clean all the chicken, and put them into roughly 12 smaller Ziploc bags. Now this is all on roughly 4 hours of sleep. So I got a shower, because I felt filthy, came out, posted a little on here, then made a bag of Nathan's Famous. Watched Smackdown, but my sister who has breathing problems as it is, almost choked to death on a chunk of Nathan's Famous. I had to whack the hell out of her back about 4 times to dislodge it. Mercifully, it came up. Then, I got sick at my stomach, I guess from the stress of my sister nearly dying. So I came close to vomiting, but instead **** my brains out. Emotionally exhausted, I sat down on the couch, after being stressed out for almost 24 hours straight, holding over from yesterday. Out of nowhere, got so tired I couldn't keep my eyes open, fell asleep and slept for 3 hours straight. Then if that wasn't annoying enough, I slept with my leg at a weird angle, now my ankle is stiff as a board. So yeah, not a great day.

    Well ****!

I was wondering why there was no RBR up. Not that it was an amazing match-up on paper, but figured you'd be at least marginally interested in it for league purposes if nothing else, and would do it if nobody else had.

I actually fully expected to have missed the whole fight card, as I didn't get home until just before midnight (took my grandma to see the symphony orchestra for her 82nd and then Ubered her home, in the opposite direction from mine). Pulled up UFC Fightpass and saw Omar Cande Trinidad celebrating his kayo in the co-main and thought "oh, cool..." (somewhat facetiously, as my expectations for this were pretty low, and staying up until 1am for another dull ten-rounder seemed like a borderline bad idea - or at least less worth it than catching up on Smackdown/Rampage on DVR) but...it actually turned out to be very lucky timing.

You should check it out. Fun will vs. skill match-up:

Nate The Great gifted us yet another case study in how those who aren't blessed with lightning reflexes ought to maybe leave the Mayweather style alone. :deal: Pretty good ain't good enough.
