Duran showed he was a badass against barkley fight due to being a decade older but Barkley really wasn't all that good. His chin was shaky, his stamina wasn't up to par and his ring iq was truly terrible. But Duran fought his ass off to make it close. He finished strong but no matter how much I favor him I just can't give him better than a draw. He lost way too many rounds to get the decision.

Especially as it took 10/15 friggin minutes to get the sound " working " then to come with a 1-118/110 on one card is laughable. Duran would best Floyd in a toe to toe battle but Floyd wouldn't be that stupid and he would box his ass off and stay out of the trenches for the most part.

Going into the Barkley fight Duran was losing like every other fight so he wasn't some great fighter in his 30's

No I guess beating the crap of Moore and being the first guy to go the distance in a title fight with Hagler is rather pathetic. Barkley's chin and stamina were fine. Both were good enough to get him a belt at middleweight.
