Was hesitant to pick Frazier over even this version of Lewis, but after seeing the opinion of the above posters I'm now more than confident of a Frazier victory.
so when you did you see Joe do that with a tall big hitter who was good at using his size with skills
I forget that Foreman was the guy that used to pull tanks out of the mud for the military when they got stuck
Hmm? comparing losing to the greatest heavyweight who ever lived, to losing to Rahman. A sleight, sleight difference, say a million light years.
1) you mean slight 2) Rahman was stronger than Ali 3) Did you hear about the time Foreman cleared the Suez Canal when a container ship jammed it closed. People don't want to talk about it but my sources reveal that Ol George only needed a towline and some boots to drag that ship off the sandbank. He was eating a burger at the time, too.
FOTC Frazier would likely murder this version of Lewis. You need to make it prime for prime to have a good fight. Percentage of punches landed on Frazier at this absolute peak, let alone in the Fight of the Century, which was his masterpiece, was astonishingly low. People get the impression of Frazier being hittable from the Bonavena fight (the fight after which Eddie Futch developed Frazier into a bob and weave fighter precisely because he wanted to make his defense much more elusive) and Sunshine Showdown and afterwards, when Frazier was clearly washed up.
Old Lewis barely beat Evander who wasn’t as good as Frazier. A prime Frazier knocks his head off. I’d pick Lewis to win prime for prime though.
