i can't remember where i read that he only had limited use his right arm in the marciano fight.it may even have been earlier that he lost full use.have you heard any of this ??
WELL, MAYBE YOU WANTED HIS BIOGRAPHY..OBVIOUSLY I CAN TELL YOU MUCH ON HIM BUT I DON´T CARE FOR TURPIN REALLY. I UNDERSTAND YOU, YOU ARE FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I AM LAUGHING OF YOU AND OBVIOUSLY I KNOW MORE BOXING THAN YOU BY FAR.DON´T WORRY MAYBE WILL ENTER TO THE FORUM OTHER GUY MORE ******ED THAN YOU ... (BUT BEING HONEST IT IS VERY VERY DIFFICULT):rofl
Personally I don't think it was due to injury, I just think he couldn't find the openings to throw the right. Louis was always very conservative, and as you said didn't waste any punches. He only threw when he knew he would land. At 37, he just couldn't pull the trigger, except with the jab. Against a slow, plodding opponent like say Chris Arreola or Sam Peter, he would find it easier to land the right though.
how long have you been following boxing ?? have you got many boxing books or mags ?? have you ever donned the gloves ?? are you out of nappies yet ??
combatesdeboxeo, let's face it, your boxing knowledge is pedestrian at best. Everything you know, everyone else here knows and more. No one on this forum is going to be convinced about this supposed superior knowledge of yours if you just keep repeating the same kind of insulting posts (usually written in caps lock) over and over. It will do the opposite, you will be a laughing stock. I'm 50-50 on whether you're just somebody's joke account or not, but to give you the benefit of doubt I'll just think you're an ignorant fool. If you want anyone to take your opinions seriously, try backing up your opinions with facts and discussing them in a calm and logical manner. Otherwise your "experience" in this forum will be rather miserable.
Marciano said that Louis's right was a big nothing, but that his left jab hit like a hammer. I doubt he would think the same if he had fought a prime Louis of course, about his right hand.
Vitali hasnt fought a boxer under the age of 29 since 2002, and that was Vaughn Bean who was 28 in 12 fight, Vitali didnt fight someone under 29 years old. And most of them were at least 35. I kept going down the list on his record page, and I keep seeing old fighters. I had to go down to his 15th fight till I saw a fighter in prime age: 26. His name is Timo Hoffman, and it was for the European title. He won it by UD, and the it was the fight following his loss to Byrd. Looks to me like a 37 year old Joe Louis, would fit just cozy in todays competition. And I would say he has a better chance than any other fighter Vitali has fought.
his jab shuttered rockys eye almost. i'll have to find that book that mentioned louis physical shortcomings.i don't think the rock would have walked through peak joe louis right hand.or his left hook
i can tell the exactly the same thing on you, every **** you said on boxing, i knew that or even better. Maybe you think that you are important because you did start on this forum since long time ago. I am 26 and i did start to train boxing when i was 15 years old. Possibly you are the typical freak without life who never trained boxing in his pathetic life. O i forgot it. Your channel on youtube i s a ****ing ****.is not matter if you have many subs, every youtuber can up fights. I think that my videos are much better
