3G sparring bigger guys ...

We already know that 3G sparred and showed his power against big names like Canelo, Jr, Quillin and Angulo but what about those rumours where he humbles heavy weight guys ?! So I searched something about that i.e an article where 3G sparrs with 2 big guys :

“I must have done 50 rounds while in camp with Povetkin and it was three and half weeks before he hit me with something that made me hold on. With Golovkin I was ready to get out of the ring 45 seconds into our first round of sparring. He hit me with two lefts to the body in the identical spot and had me doubled over. I got through it but it’s hard to defend against 6-inch punches with that much pop. He backs me into a corner with just a jab.

This is what I found about 3G's sparrings against bigger guys. Of course these 2 aren't even "B level boxers" but they mention that they had sparred against known HWs like Povetkin, Wach and Perez and they weren't hit so hard by these as 3G did. Maybe they are too subjective, maybe Povetkin, Wach and Perez went easy/light sparrings against them ( Coyne and Imoesiri ) but who knows .:think

I'd like to see 3G sparring with top guys from SMW or LHW like Ward, Froch, Pascal, Hopkins or Kovalev to see how powerful/good he is . :yep


p.s : here's what Macklin says about 3G power :

indeed, his great puching technique combined with his heavy hands its lethal.

 

Quillin is arrogant and gutsy when he's asked about 3G cuz he knows that a fight with him isn't gonna happen too soon. Being with SHO guarantees to Quillin the safeness of NOT fighting with 3G whos with HBO ... :yep:deal
