    Tim was fat and on marijuana, he'd knock you out too. That matchup was prime Bonecrusher vs. out-of-shape-unprepared Witherspoon, big deal. Both were in their prime when they fought back in '85. Witherspoon won an EASY unanimous decision: he won by 30 POINTS, and won 11 out of 12 rounds.

    Tim Witherspoon for me in 3rd place just ahead of guys like Michael Spinks and Pinklon Thomas.

    Spinks was just about the big fights imo at HW, Witherspoon was a career heavy.

    Tim had two spells as champ compared to Thomas and while he lost a close one to Pink, I like Tim's wins in the '80's better.

    Funnily enough, Witherspoon was also probably the third best old guy in the 90s behind Holmes and Foreman.

    I would have liked to see Tim in the early 90's vs Holyfield, Bowe or Lewis. Would have been interesting.
