Leaping left hook. You have to time your punch with the leap to get a damaging blow.

Double left hook, low then high. I'm 6'4" and tend to bend at the waist, not the knees. Needless to say, I ate a well timed counter right one day. You would think that would have solved the problem, but fatigue sets in and old habits die hard. I eventually stopped attempting it.

BTW, that was in Kenpo, not boxing and a few years back.

I'm orthodox and the left uppercut was always the punch I hated to work on the pads. Just felt I couldn't get the power into it.
The corkscrew and the left hook always felt so natural to me. Love the power of the left hook most of all.

I'm a southpaw and i'm 14-1 without ever throwing a left hook. I have the most ****ed up technique when I throw it. I have a decent straight and uppercut and i'm right-handed so I wouldnt use it too much anyways, but it still pisses me off that I cant throw it right.

right uppercut (orthodox). Can throw it on the inside but very hard to get good accuracy on it, been practicing slipping outside of the jab and slipping it underneath.

orthodox- left hook. It isn't hard to throw when you're just hitting the bag, but I can never connect when I spar. Its so awkward.
