orthodox triple left hook

inside its easy but from range its difficult to get both speed and power into it.

 

It was the left hook but iv gt that down, now I'm trying to get used to throwing a 1, 2 combo (from orthodox stance) and come back with the right uppercut with power behind it...I find that difficult but I'll get it right, I think its basically my balance that's the real problem mor than anything else

 

I still can't master the jab. front foot break. back foot pedal..
