What heavyweights from 40' and 50' could be a top 10 fighters today and why?

Do they get the same supplements/PEDs/nutrition/weights?

For the likes of Walcott/Moore/Charles/Marciano everyone would be well beatable except perhaps the 2 brothers (not including Lennox/Tyson and the rest of the late 90s lot in that)

No, they are fighting/training just like in the old days. Maybe lighter but faster.

Louis, Marciano, Walcott, Charles, Liston seem to be obvious

I'd be glad for voices regarding chances of the likes: Nino Valdes, Elmer Ray, Lee Q Murray, LaStarza and other contenders of that time
