$40M Question?? Why isnt Floyd telling the world Manny wont agree to the drug Tests?

**** why hasn't floyd said ANYTHING? he could come out and say "i want Manny Pacquiao" tomorrow and the world would basically stop but he doesn't. if anything Floyd goes outta his way to avoid Pacquiao discussions and hasn't replied to reporters who bring him up in the past lol seriously dude isn't even putting on a front anymore hes just like "oh hell naw" lol.

 

because he knows every scientist will tell you that taking test up to 7 days before the fight is pretty much exactly the same thing because no one can roid and actually make use of it in 5 days and then the after fight test would pick up anything anyway. not to mention he's doing urine tests the whole way through. the reason is that he's ducking and scared of A-meth that makes pacquiao bullet-proof lmao

Clearly a public Mayweather announcement telling his side would push things in his favor, his silence only makes it look like hes hiding something.
