You do realise its happened throughout history, elite fighters getting beat ? whos beaten him, again and again and again and again and again? look at the plus's in his career, he owned the heavyweight division for 10 yrs, the master, king of the world. So what if he lost a couple. Every atg has losses at heavy, but people look at the bigger picture(don't comeback with Marciano). Give me your top 10 and watch me blitz it clean on single bouts, not the whole career. Brewster and Sanders weren't journeyman. Both could fight at world level also

boxers from the past are too small to compete today. Chris Byrd is bigger then Frazier and 70's Foreman, they only weighed around 210.

That's fair enough, but personally, I think it depends on the circumstances.

    Don't be ignorant.

Of course they'd have been able to compete.

YOU pointed out they can be beaten rarely by non elites, which is fine. YOU THEN embarrassingly tried to shoehorn wlads case into that description.

You know full well that an elite is one in a small group who can beat all but perhaps other elites...with a rare blip in that pattern. If you dont know this - explain WHY you dont.

Why do you not yet admit that wlads case does not fit that prescription?

U seem so eager to pretend it does, to the point you are now calling names in rage at your failure. Please calm down and redress your mistakes.

Wlad is not retiring. I think we're going to see him win the rematch and rewrite the book for heavies in their 40s. He is better than Joshua, was winning on most watchers cards until that shot and then it was stopped a bit quick. Joshua would have gassed again within a few seconds. The rematch Wlad is going to be swinging in those shots early on Joshua, get him out of there.

Possibly. Wlad could definitely have won that fight with different tactics.

Definitely. I said after the Fury fight that he needed a stronger trainer than Banks and I still believe that. I like Banks and I'd keep him in the camp, but Wlad needs somebody who is going to kick his ass when needed.
