Foreman couldn't knock out Alex Smith or Axel Schulz. He would have a hard time knocking out Chagaev, who was owned by Wlad very similar to Schulz. I like Foreman, but this insanity that everyone of the 90's was better than the current fighters is really going overboard.
(Sigh...) I too clicked on this thread just to be a smartass about the spelling. But now that I'm here: Foreman by mid-rounds stoppage; too much power and experience.
well foreman could clearly be outworked and rather convincingly in his fights with morrison and moorer (until the ending ko). not by any means putting chagaev on a par with moorer or morrison, but chagaev fought some smart fights before (such as overcoming the 1 foot height differential vs valuev) and he can box a bit so i don't think older foreman would have it easy by any stretch
