Povetkin would need to alter his usual tactics to avoid walking into a Foreman bomb that would have if flat on his back.

As a match up of styles Povetkin has a clear disadvantage, he's used to dominating in close and while he would have success there due to being able to beat Foreman to the punch he's not an in and out type of fighter and would be in prime range for Foreman to land something big.

If Povetkin fights as he usually does he probably gets stopped while ahead on the scorecards. While he has a good chin it's not as good as Holyfields and one shot from Foreman maybe all it takes.

If Povetkin shows an ability to adapt and fight differently then he could win a decision. Nobody expected Morrison to box Foreman yet he did it, who's to say Povetkin couldn't do the same. But based upon what we have seen of Povetkin I'd favour Foreman.

Old Foreman is too slow. It would also require more than just one clean punch to put Povetkin down, which even further lowers Foreman's chances.
