Huge old George fan, but it would be a huge points win for Povetkin.

I think several folks are overestimating the size difference between Foreman and Povetkin. Foreman doesn't have the height and reach advantage over Povetkin that Klitschko has.
Povetkin has a great chin, great timing and a great tactical mind for boxing. If Guido Trane could box circles around Foreman for a disconcerting amount of rounds, I'm pretty sure Povetkin could do it for the whole fight and win. Besides, prime Foreman versus prime Povetkin is not an automatic win for Foreman either.

Foreman is not that much bigger than Povetkin

Most of the knockdowns vs Klitschko were bogus. Furthermore, Klitschko could not stop him and Povetkin was not in "survival mode" like Haye etc. Not to mention Foreman in his prime was KOed one more time than Povetkin against a lighter punching opponent.
