I see Tyson knocking out Larry, Larry was unable to stay on his his toes dance at that age which is something he would of had to do to beat Tyson. Tyson was still able to beat c+ or B- type fighters at that time Lewis just happend to be a higher grade fighter at the time. Holmes would get knocked out he had nothing left at 42 he was a C fighter at best at the time
Holmes takes it, Larry matured alot better than Mike and at 35 Tyson would be at a substantially slower pace and would not have the much needed speed and agility to beat Larry.

ok for one styles make fights, two if the fight does happen will this be the second time they fought or the first? My opinion Holmes ends up fighting like Brian nielson timid and reluctant to engage the way he should by not pumping out the jab early, Tyson would exploit Holmes' slow reflexs resulting in a late round tko for Tyson. Holmes can win with the Jab I just see him being stationary and not active enough too keep Tyson at bay, thats my opinion.

Holmes would easily beat the Tyson that fought Neilson and I would bet 60-40 for Holmes against the Tyson that fought lewis, Fighters like Tyson, Frazier, Dempsey and Marciano just can't fight anymore once they start to get old.
