Missed the morning middleweights but no one stands out amongst the evening fighters Terrel should have too much speed 4 singh When the pak fighers fighing?
just got in from the excel, have to say despite it not being the usual boxing crowd , it was a really goodnight and superb value for £30 a ticket the crowd really got goin wen the yank fight was on and the kazistan team and fans were brillant lots of the boxers were mingling with the public ,
Amateur boxing has been like that for years, people still carry on about it being fencing and all that nonsense when they obviously haven't watched it for years.
I miss live scoring tbh , this new system of hiding the score until the end of the round is dodgy , it allows itself for corruption , that's why the boos from the crowd , 3 robberies on the first day . Nice . Peace
I posted this thread, http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=420818 I mean, can someone explain how the scoring system works? Or any links? Thanks!!
¿ Yeah ? , ¿ what about the Morrocan ( Ldabi ) against the Australian ? , ¿ or the Venezuelan ( Espinosa ) ? , didn't like the judging on the first day , hopefully it'll improve as the competition progresses . Peace .
Today's schedule with times: http://www.london2012.com/boxing/schedule-and-results/day=29-july/index.html First fight at 1.30pm. Two team GB boxers in action...Fred Evans at 4.15pm and Josh Taylor at 8.30pm. One Irish fighter, Adam Nolan is on at 10.15pm
They weren't that close IMO , specially Espinosa's , he even had a kd on that bout and the ref didn't gave a standing count to the Armenian , anyways , let's see how it goes when the favorites ( Lomachenko , Alvarez , Falcao , La Cruz ) start next week . Peace .
