    Hopkins is truly unbelievable. He was magnificent tonight and proved the haters wrong AGAIN.

    Sure he's old, he's much slower, his reflexes aren't the same, he feels more fragile, and he has to pace himself but wow this man has HEART! He dissected the young champ piece by piece, used every trick in the book, and seemed to grow in confidence and control of the fight as it went on.

    Inspirational, one of a kind. I just don't understand where that motivation comes from. He's rich, had a hall of fame career, and has nothing left to prove. Yet he has this drive that just won't die down.

    LEGEND HOPKINS! Maybe now, at 46, he will get some of the praise and respect he truly deserves.

    Exactly....the man comes to fight....he wants to win fans over before he retires....but i still cant beleive the mans 46 and fighting like this now! He dont need the paydays.....he's looked after his money! Cant wait for his next fight now....

    Lol....ive been a Hopkins fan since the Trinidad fight, I am actually 24 so i doubt i could have jamp on the bandwagon wen i was 1....just making a bandwagon because i aint seen one on here....most other fighters have one....why should the legend be left out?! And just because you've been a fan for 24 years doesnt make you any more of a fan than others.

    Hopkins is a true role model in life as well as boxing. He overcame every obstacle in his life and has reached the top. He truly deserved what he's getting right no, the hard work and dedication he has in him is unlike any other athlete. A modern day legend!

    very impressed and haven't felt this excited after a fight since pacquiao-cotto. only thing that worries me is that you got all these other old timers who will think that they can still go out there and do what hopkins did. mosley, jones (who said he won't retire after getting ktfo), barrera, morales, holyfield, toney, tarver, and the list just continues. they won't see hopkins as an exception.
