So should have all the christians - they had no right to do what they did. He refused to kill innocent people and endorse killing innocent people as the heavyweight champion of the world, it doesn't matter what reason he had been doing so.
Whether it was world war 2, world war 1 or the civil war! He would have not fought. He was a coward hiding behind his religion.
Ali...was more of Man for refusing to go to an unjust war. While been discrimated in his own country!
Ali dodging the draft. Maybe that's what Floyd was talking about . Every time they ask Floyd about a PAC fight he always bring up Ali.
There's a difference between a just war and an unjust war, fighting against Nazi Germany was a just war, against vietnam it wasnt. That sort of blind support leads to regimes like Nazi Germany, you really think all the Nazi soldiers were born and bred evil?, no that is very unlikely as believe it or not, when it doesn't come down to be Kill or be Killed most humans are naturally helpful to each other, thats how it is, if it wasn't most if not all of the world would be at war, not just parts of it. A significant number if not most of the Nazi soldiers had your attitude, to follow and fight for your country regardless of whether its right or wrong. Ideology of War is given by the bourgeoisie, but fought by the proletariat and naive individuals, who believe going to war for your country is always right - there is a difference between fighting for your country and fighting and killing innocent people from another land.
Nonsense. Ali refused to fight for democracy and freedom of vietnamese people against soviet puppets.
This was all to do with USA vs Soviet, how did it help innocent people by killing them? it also did nothing against Soviet either
Bull****. You know nothing about Vietnam or that war. The Vietnamese are many things - but they have never been anyone's puppet. These Vietnamese have beaten damn near everyone during the last 100 years, and ducked no one. here is the list of losers: Japan (1945) UK (1946) France (1954) United States + Allies (1973) Laos/Cambodia (1977) China (1979)
