    If they dont stump up 30mill they owe to the premier league its curtains. To break even they need almost a million new subscribers. :|

    Why doesn't Alex Ferguson chip in from the Ronaldo sale. He could pretend he sold him for 50 million pounds and let the 30 million slip from his pocket on Setanta premises.

    setanta could maybe go into administration {that the correct term?} at any time now....but they could continue to then broadcast as a 'going concern' for up to 6 months..i think thats what happened with itv digital.

    I'm pretty much resigned to the fact that Setanta are ****ed and will almost certainly go off air, i just pray to god that they wait until after Saturday so we can get to see Cotto-Clottey.

    People need to calm down cos all this hysteria isn't helping.

    They need 700k to break even. Saying almost a million is the sort of mis-leading info that causes a ripple effect.
