Tyrone Zeuge vs. David Sarabia, 8 rounds @ super middleweight

 

Round 1

Zeuge is jabbing and dropping in hard right hands while circling counterclockwise. Sarabia is jogging in place, turning and poking body jabs at Zeuge, under the elbows. Zeuge jabs through the gloves and spanks Sarabia with a right to the side, a loud wet smack echoing through the still filling arena. Zeuge knocks down some of Sarabia's jabs with his right glove and counters with his jab. Cuffing hook to the neck by Zeuge as they move together before the bell.

Round 2

A few body shots lobbed in by Sarabia, leaning and weaving his way in. Diving 1-2 by Zeuge. Jabs up over the hairline by Zeuge. Lots of jumping in, arms bent to brace for impact, both leaning in for rest. Sarabia hops around, getting a bit looser, shoulders rolling and undulating even as he keeps up a turtle shell. Zeuge is finding it more difficult to find a home for his jab.

Round 3

Zeuge is drilling the 1-2 into the body with increasing accuracy now, forcing Sarabia to take a steadying step back each time. Sarabia leans deeply back into a half-seated squat and lunges up with windmilled rights, falling short and pulling back to reel the arm in and defend when Zeuge counters with a jab to the forehead or 1-2 downstairs.
