Cheers IB. This aint goin 12. Degale is crucifying his already bloodied and worried looking kisser....
Bozic is a 38 year old bum. Typical DeGale opponent. Runs his mouth about Froch fighting an old Kessler when Froch is a year older and then claims Taylor and Dirrell beat him. Guy is delusional.
Round 1 DeGale is scoring with the jab, but not having it all his way early as Bozic shows some solid defense and counters with hooks. DeGale ducks and dodges those, circling quickly to his left, getting Bozic out of position and then moving in with uppercuts to the body. 10-9 DeGale
Round 2 Bozic is walking into combinations, but giving DeGale some hassles, pinning him on the ropes and unloading with straight volleys. DeGale is using slick movement and countering with a full arsenal of head and body punches. 10-9 DeGale 20-18 DeGale
Round 3 DeGale throws a 1-2-3, and brings the hook very low. It's a low blow. Bozic needs time to recover. Bozic comes back angry, throwing spirited combos up top. DeGale smoothly puts together hooks and uppercuts while dancing and sitting down with deep knee bends circling at close range. 10-9 DeGale 30-27 DeGale
Round 4 Yet another accidental low blow by DeGale, again with the left upper-hook finishing a combination leaning in. Bozic takes another minute. Big uppercut combos by DeGale, maybe anxious to get rid of Bozic before he gets himself disqualified. Nothing sticks. He can't really hurt Bozic, despite connecting very cleanly with pretty punches. DeGale is then pushed back as Bozic has a turn stabbing at him with both hands. DeGale uses head movement and slick matador spins, avoiding getting hit. 10-9 Degale 40-36 DeGale
That is just like what happened in Abraham vs. Bozic, except there Bozic was highly competitive (whereas here it was more like he was game but clearly outclassed, making DeGale work a bit yet never really staking a claim to even a share of any round)
