    Round 1

Burnett is starting very slowly, letting Perez get off first with the jab on the outside. Not much in there.

    10-9 Perez

    Round 2

Burnett knocks Perez down with an overhand right landing behind the ear as Perez is leaning over. Burnett is walking Perez down with the double jab and clocking him with that overhand right as he backs up. Perez is jabbing defensively, bouncing around on the outside with his guard up.

    10-8 Burnett

    19-18 Burnett

    Round 3

Burnett is walking in with his left arm cradled low, right fist under his chin, gliding in with jabs up on the face and slicing rights to the body. Perez is dancing away, throwing jabs and left feints, getting clipped on the end of Burnett's shots.

    10-9 Burnett

    29-27 Burnett

Think with his steady improvement RabchenKO will be able to stop Pryce tonight or does the old man have enough left to make it a repeat of their scrappy last meeting a couple of years ago? :think

I emailed his management and said they should change his ring name to "Broccoli"...they're yet to write back. :conf

    Round 4

Burnett is whipping in left hooks and dropping the overhand right taking quick diagonally forward sidesteps to cut off Perez's escape. Perez is rocked back by the hooks, partially blocking some of them, keeping his arms up folded against his body, circling away tall when he gets space. Dominance on the front foot by Burnett, although Perez is moving enough to avoid getting caught big.

    10-9 Burnett

    39-36 Burnett

The cameraman for BoxNation is absolutely gaga for the ring card girl.

I mean, she's alright looking, no doubt, but literally each parade of the ring card has featured an extreme zoom-in (sometimes all the way in on her torso or derriere) and then panning and tilting along with her movements.

I'm not complaining, mind, but this guy may be getting spoken to by his supervisor, or more likely his technical director will get reamed for not cutting to a different camera. The commentators have already, well, commented on it. "There we are now, our production crew giving you the full benefit of ..er, it now being the 2nd round..."

Gotta love puritanical Brit stuffiness. :D

    Round 5

Burnett is tossing jabs up from the hip and pushing Perez across the ring, blasting in with his right cross when he gets Perez near the ropes. Perez is circling away, leaning far over to either side as he passes Burnett, and countering with jabs and hook feints to buy himself room. Burnett covers up when Perez takes a rare step in, then ducks and counters with a sharp 1-2 to back Perez across the ring hurriedly.

    10-9 Burnett

    49-45 Burnett

Burnett is trained by Ricky Hatton. (yep, head coach, giving him tips and holding the water bottle and everything... not just a celebrity presence in the corner)

Nice little prospect from Belfast. He is about to go the distance for the first time, but it was a nice learning experience and he is showing very good conditioning to be gunning hard the same in the 6th as in the 2nd when he began to warm up.
