    Could be because the only big time US promoter who is good at bringing up a prospect is Top Rank. PBC has no idea, and GBP tried to emulate TR in that department, but they just didn't have the matchmaker.

    This. The Charlo brothers are great talents in the ring, but have zero charisma outside of it. Guys that can work the press and media to their advantage become stars and guys that can't never become household names regardless of how many fights or belts they win.

    Bruce Trampler has been Top Rank’s matchmaker for 40 years. Teddy Brenner, who was the matchmaker for Madison Square Garden in the 60’s and 70’s, used to work for Top Rank also. Both guys are in the IBHOF.

    Btw, id like to add that Gabriel Rosado has as many twitter followers as the Charlos do combined.
    Rosado also has more on Instagram(150k to both Charlos 110k each)
