I'll be watching this fight, but 24/7 didn't hype me that much. If fact, episode 1 made me think twice to watch the fight, and Floyd has defo 99% chance of winning this bout. and, WTF Matthyse?
Hell yea. I bought my ticket the other night. This one ***** wanted me to take her but im not spending more money than I have to. I can't wait for the fight. I'm going to pick up my ticket tomorrow morning.
September 17 is my birthday so you know I am going to celebrate it by watching a great night of boxing!
That's their way of baiting people into buying this fight. And they actually believe Floyd is the end all/be all of boxing :nut
im excited to see this fight but not gonna pay for it! its just a waste of money paying for a snoozefest and potshotting! ill just gonna wait for a replay at a local tv.
Excited? Hell no. Floyd got this. Interested? Hell yeah. This fight will say a lot about Floyd's current state (still prime, on the decline a bit, undoubtedly on the decline, heavily on the decline, shot, etc.) My best guess is we will see less footwork and more muscling from FMJ.
I am a boxing fan and have been for over 30 years, and I am not interested in this fight. Victor Ortiz is a great guy and I like him a lot ,but Floyd handpicked a guy who lacks experience and a solid chin. The fight will happen and Ortiz will put pressure on early and Floyd will get into his rhythm by round 2 or 3 and start to land clean and probably stop Ortiz in 8 or 9. How is that exciting? Very predicatable just how Floyd wants it. Floyd should be fighting Pacman. I do not really find myself interested in Floyd's career anymore. He plays too many games and handpicks guys he can beat. He thinks he is the caliber of Ray Leonard, but Ray beat Duran,Hearns,Hagler and Benitez. When they were all champions. The only guys Leonard beat who was not really prime was Hagler. Floyd wishes he had the SRL boxing record.. Ray fought them all in his prime. He looked for the challenges.
