Pirog is the real #1 in the Middleweight division.
Can't wait til he comes back and sits Sergio and GGG on their ass.

    It's actually very unorthodox

    - Constant level changes

    - Leaning too far forward in order to give you a target then taking it away when you try to land (much like Martinez)

    - Switching stances while coming forward and switching stances mid combination while moving forward (which is what he did when knocking out Jacobs)

It's a shame he never wanted to try any of those 'tricks' out on GGG.

Dima is going to have his tune up after his back injury soon and Golovkin plans his next fight at the end of March. Everything goes good i expect they'll fight around Apr-June

People, who think that Pirog faked his injury are dumb. Period.

Pirog is a crafty mix of orthodox and unorthodox, though i worry he's on the downside physically now.He was never really quick and i'm not sure he's got the reflexes to be giving some of those fancy mid-range angles anymore.

IF a GGG vs Pirog match is to be made expect it to be on an undercard of sometype or in Russia where it makes more sense financially. Here in the U.S. it won't sell for ****, two basically unknown boxers, and Euros wont do well at ANY gate here. If the freaking Cubans and most of the South Americans aren't filling at the gate what do you expect two Euros to do?

Good fight if it happens though, don't get me wrong. I am all up for this fight.

Pirog has the best head movement of any white fighter in recent times, other than maybe Calzaghe.
