    I don't have a fight booked right now. Back training hard, rolling a lot of bjj and getting back to boxing soon. I was out for a long time after my last concussion (which i got while training to Fight Chris Lylte). Feeling pretty good so far. It really sucked to sign for the UFC then get an injury that lasted so long.

    My martial arts school is in Hamilton.

    Hi Jeff you know a guy name Darryl?,(Shaved head) Hes together with my friend and I think hes in singapore now teaching BJJ part time. He talked about you quite abit last time I met him.

    I'll always remember that Koscheck fight. Considering you fought a legitimate collegiate wrestler with great athletic ability you held your own and even won the exchanges on the feet. And on your back you defended quite well.

    He could probably make a nice living just teaching guys how to fight AKA based wrestlers, he seems to have that down. :lol:

    Hmm, you still have to work to get chicks when you're an MMA fighter? There goes my dreams of becoming MMA fighter. I'm no longer a fan, peace out guys.
