I'd love to see Fedor vs Mir. Fedor would win, but Mir would give him some difficult moments I'm sure. With Mir's new bulked up frame in addition to his solid boxing and bjj skills, I think he could become a real force in the next year or so. This would be a high-skill, engaging contest.
I don't actually see the fight as very competitive... Mir gets beat up in his guard a lot and his BJJ game is more about snatching subs, rather than sweeps and positional dominance. His BJJ is not on a level with Nogs for example. Even if he is just as likley to pull of a sub. His sweeps and positional control are not as good. And Fedor handled Big Nog pretty comfortably.
Fedor v Brock Rogers v Dos Santos Nog v Mir 2 Velasquez v Monson Fedor v Mir I actually think Fedor would blast Mir out pretty quickly to be honest. Plus i would actually like to see him do it to as i cant stand Mir.
Carwin V Lesnar - Battle of the giants. Mir V Fedor aswell - I belive if Mir was clever about this fight he could do well.
Lesnar vs Fedor Lashley vs Carwin Vitali vs Haye Ustinov vs Povetkin Herschel Walker vs Kimbo (for the novelty of it)
Obviously I would favor Fedor over any fighter in the world. That said, in my opinion Mir has the greatest likelihood to beat Fedor except for arguably Lesnar.
Fedor/Barnett Slice/Toney* Lesnar/Carwin Arlovski/Mir Lashley/Mariusz** *Be about the easiest match up for James Toney to have in MMA **Mariusz is 1-0-0, Lashley is 4-0-0, can the military wrestling champion be able to ground and pound the world's strongest man like he did Bob Sapp?
