hmm says guess it shows that certain fighters aren't afraid to fight and lose to the best..... or they lost unexpectedly prematurely, learned from their lost, then improved to become great. A lot of the ATGs only became great after experiencing defeat.
Which is why some undefeated fighters are not ATGs and definitely not elite. Careful and timely matchmaking combined with some combination of predisposed refs, judges, docs, and officials has even allowed a couple good fighters to finish their career's with perfect records. Fortunately, video is available to allow the truth to be discerned about their relative and comparative abilities.
