Saw, as in live? Shavers used to keep everyone on the edge of their seats. Earnie could get wobbled himself and was always looking to dip and fire off that right hand of his. Another name would be Dino Dennis. He was always looking to exchange and made for exciting fights & had quite a nice winning streak at one time. Engols Pedroza was another. He looked the part for a little while but like a lot of guys, he never did come back with much after his first loss. He was exciting to fans and came out winging. That's 3 that come to mind. With a ton of belts around the last 30 years, lots of guys managed to pick up a title along the way so they didn't meet the criteria. Good question though.
