The Mayweather-Pacquiao fight is 5 years too late in my opinion. The fight would've been absolutely epic in 2010. The pacquiao that destroyed Cotto and Margarito would've had a great chance of beating Mayweather. Mayweather will win this fight easily now.

Well what's done is done now, focus on the positive and be happy the fight is happening at all, for the longest of time it seemed like it never would.

Exactly. I am even a little bit bitter it's happening at all as I don't think they deserve the money nor do their legacies deserve it. That's without going into the endless debate of who's fault it was that it never happened sooner. As someone who doesn't prefer one over the other i would say both.

Yeah it's obviously about 5 years too late. Still glad it is happening but it doesn't have the same feeling as before.

Leonard vs Hagler was 5 years too late also didn't change the importance or the fact that it was a big fight.

    No excuses.

The better man will win come fight night

Perhaps it would have been different a few years back but that doesn't matter

What happens now is what matters
