parker is ten years younger than washington ,has faught better opposition and beaten them in a better manner than washington

How exactly are Sherman Williams, and Travis Walker that much better than the opposition the other prospects named in this thread have taken on? granted those a solid names early on in a career, but Parker has beaten Botha, Brian Minto and Luiz Nascimento. Very solid names for less than 10 fights. Ruiz has also beaten some decent names, Joe Hanks(took his 0), Hamer, Quezada etc
