    So you make a new friend - great guy - you respect him tremendously, but he's not a boxing fan. Which 5 youtube videos would you show him to get him to start appreciating boxing and to get him to become excited about boxing?

    What other sports dose my friend like? Dose he like sports at all? I need to know why he dose not like boxing. Is he an MMA fan?
    A lot of people who don't like boxing think it's nothing more than 2 guys hitting each other. They almost refuse to belive that it is a much more complex sport than that.

    We've got:-

    - effective aggression/punching,
    - defence,
    - effective ring-generalship (the kind a newb would be able to appreciate, because BHop might be too much of a stretch to appreciate) + great heart, stamina and chin - intangibles that are incredibly important in boxing
    - high drama from a recent name from the past they would recognise
    - epic fights - from a name from the past who was considered by many laymen the greatest boxer who ever lived.

    I would say that is a very well thought-out list. Thanks, McG.

    show him the footage of marciano v charles 1 that exists (around half of the fight i think, various rounds)...show him that.
