    Cardiff is a City of roughly 350,000, the size of Providence RI.....or Iowa City ....50,000 fans watching a boxing match......WOW...WOW ...WOW.....hell let's fight moire often in the UK....dang......I can't recall a fight that drew 50K boxing fans in the USA in probably 50 years....

    very good crowd.
    especially as it took place at 2 am on a cold sunday morning.

    good point but providence doesnt nearly have a pop of 350,000.

    If I were a name fighter I would go to the UK to have the experience of fighting in front of that type of crowd. PBF should have agreed to go to the UK. The fight would have been even bigger.It would give PBF even more cred if he won in Hatton's home town.

    Yeah ... 95,000 fans singing "Walking in a Hatton Wonderland", would sound awesome. Also, Fiddy Cent getting Booed by 95k fans would be good for a laff too.

    50,000 was a great turnout.

    ali's record is still safe though. :bbb

    hopefully hatton has a wembley stadium fight with the roof on and breaks it. :yep

    Great turnout but two things.

    1. Cardiff is a small city but the fans werent all from Cardiff, they came from all over Wales and the rest of the UK which has a population of 60 million.

    2 Wembley DOES NOT have a closable roof.

    I was there and there were fans from all over the uk and Irland and also a lot more danes than I expected just goes to show boxing might not be as dead as some people think

    was it possible to get home without a car.

    any buses/coach`s/special train service to paddington laid on for the fans
    ?
