Hes never been stopped...he was pulled out of the thompson fight because he threw everything he had a thompson and gassed in his 11th fight.

No-one is denying he doesnt have the greatest chin but the fact Valuev at HW(an arm punch from someone his size will be powerful) hit him and he didnt go down proves he has a fairly good chin.

 

I was surprised that mock had him in trouble, but then you look at him taking punches from men twice his size at cruiser and Heavyweight and it does make you wonder if he had fully prepared for that fight.

I think that along with his broken hand in the 2nd made him fight tentative..he showed in the 12th that he could have taken out valuev much earlier had he gone for it , in my opinion.

Amateurs is a totally different ball game to the pro game and bodies evolve over time.
Remembering he had solis in real trouble in the first round of that fight if i remember, knock him down.

If he was as chinny as you make him out to be he would have been KO'D in the pro ranks by now.

 

Solis got caught with a monster of an uppercut and had to take a standing 8. If it had been the pros Haye would have got a 1st Rd ko.

 

Haye needs the Klitschko's and has no chance of any legacy without them - everybody knows it, including Haye. He's not that stupid - he knows he simply has to fight them. We also know that they don't need him. Is it not feasible, then, that two very smart guys like the brothers might use this to their advantage? Especially since they hate him for attemping to humiliate them with a barrage of call-outs, t-shirts and disrespectful comments.

I think it's possible that, because of the position outlined above, they could have told Haye not to mention contracts in public or they will never fight him. I'm not saying that's what happened - just that it's possible. If they did, there's not a lot Haye could do about it.

Yeah my eyes opened wide because if he hasnt in his hometown there was a chance that fight coulda been stopped i mean he had to tackle mock across the ring after the fight continued because his legs were so far gone.
being said i think he and wlad are similar in that aspect they have both been put down but seem to be able to get back up and recover rather quickly, The only real question i have about that is i don't see mock or even mormeck from that matter being able to knock wlad down at all.
