LOL *****s will continue denying Floyd ducked until their last breath - even if Floyd admitted it himself they would still be like "Floyd has been blackmailed by Bob Arum, it's all Arum's fault" lol

50 didn't really diss Floyd in that video. He said he ducked him bc he turned down 100 million dollars but also stated how Floyd thinks. Floyd didn't want or even think Manny was on his level as for fight purse. Top Rank, GBP, Mayweather, and Pacquiao are all at fault for this fight not happening.

50 seems really hurt about Floyd too but 50 is a snake in the grass and went about things the wrong way while Floyd was in jail when it came down to business. I do think 50 woke Floyd up about his business bc Floyd seems to be really motivated with his promotions and fighters in his stable. its also ironic how 50 said before that he was able to get 200 million to get the Pac vs Manny fight and now floyd has gone out and goto himself a 200 million dollar deal.

50 Cent was very clear. He was asked if Floyd ducked. He said yes. He said there were 2 reasons.

He said Floyd looks at it as a business and is more concerned about taking on fighters that he can extend his wins record with, rather than taking on tough fights on paper - he chooses his opponents carefully. 50 Cent was pretty clear on that. He said Floyd is not scared of Pacquiao as such, but that Pacquiao represents a tough fight - in other words a risk. It's what we all say and 50 Cent is confirming what we already know.

He said Floyd also thinks too much about what the other fighter is getting and feels no other fighter should get anywhere near what he gets.

He said Floyd tried to make the fight, and he said Pacquiao was all up for it. It's clear the $40m offer was going to be rejected and Floyd knew that. He would have made the fight but it represented a huge climbdown from 50-50

Floyd only wants the fight if the money is so ridiculous lopsided in his favour he couldn't say no. He's not interested in sacrificing that to give us a top top fight. He would rather dodge the fight as it's too risky to his 0 unless the finances are overblown to unrealistic proportions in his favour

That's the bottom line, we all know that's the case. Floyd is the guy stopping the fight. I just wish his fans could accept that but they never will...and there was no dissing of Floyd, no bitterness, he praised how good Floyd is - there is ZERO reason to believe he is bitter and lying

They all are at fault for this fight not happening and yes Floyd doesn't think any fighter should get close to what he is making. One thing we all know is that he did agree to 50/50 the first go around and signed to fight.

Yes and then once the testing was agreed, 50-50 was removed (this was before the Bradley fight) so you see, it's hard to take the 50-50 as a genuine offer because it went from that to something closer to 70-30 based the $40m flat fee offer

The PRIMARY reason is Floyd saw/sees Pacquiao as too high a risk to his 0...if Pacquiao were to beat him Floyd's legacy as the greatest is in tatters...he'd rather lose to someone who doesn't have the P4P pedigree that Pacquiao has...this is all very obvious, it amazes me Floyd fans don't just admit this...50 Cent was pretty clear about that

Mayweather is a very talented boxer, but he ducks and he does not want to fight Pacquiao - it's clear in every interview the guy does when he's put on the spot, you can see he doesn't want any part of Pacquiao. He continually goes on about 1 fight doesn't make a legacy, it's very clear that it is HIS choice not to fight Pacquiao and he's already defending his record minus Pacquiao

    Come on guys...:patsch

50/50 was removed after the first negotiation fell apart. Then everyone's egos went through the roof. Every fight is a risk bc all it takes is one good shot. 50 made great points and Floyd's ego is out of this world big. They all can kick rocks for ****ing up the fight. Its all a mute point now since Manny was knocked out and I wouldn't want to see it at this point bc it doesn't matter.

Agreed, no point to the fight right now since Pacquiao's KO - though boxing changes very quickly. By the end of September things could be very different. Let's not forget 55-45 was offered and there wasn't a peep from Mayweather

It's clear Mayweather has more to lose and it's clear Mayweather's ego is the biggest in boxing. You do the math

It's hilarious to see 50's opinion shift from worthless to highly credible/highly credible to worthless (depending on which side the mongy fans are on) when he's no longer chummy with Mayweather.

*******s and *****s are as bad as each other.

50 is a dog ****, I remember one of his mates called him up balling his eyes out, he was broken and depressed. 50 goes out and releases the conversation to the public, ****ing sad. Only loyal to himself. I forgot the guys name but if someone else can shed some light on this would be good.

It was Young Buck and that **** was ****ed up. I am glad that Mayweather isn't responding to 50 in the media and just wishing him the best. That **** hurts 50 too that Floyd isn't responding

    Miguel,

Floyd's fans just don't want to see the reality of the situation. The guy could literally do anything, and some muppet on here would jump to his defence.

Well... I can understand Mayweather's perspective, even though he shouldn't have that opinion of himself. Mayweather saw himself as the new De la Hoya, the new golden boy. He was the 'cash cow', and just how Hoya got all the money, even in fights where he was the lesser fighter at the time, HE STILL got all the money... think Hopkins... his fight with Mayweather, etc. When Hoya fought these guys, they didn't really get anything besides a fixed number of money. Mayweather gave Pac a good ass deal, considering pac's career high... and the fact that after that he loses a controversial decision to Bradley and gets KO'd devastatingly against Marquez. In hindsight pac shouldve took the deal... it's actually far more generous than De la Hoya.

Unfortunately it didn't happen, Mayweather went to jail, being that he has a soft character, started to act differently, and did his ***** ass flip flopping. The guy maybe bipolar, honestly.

Hi mate, you've made some fair points. But the thing with Oscar is, he'd fight anyone. Floyd wants De La Hoya Money, but won't take the same risks. Look who Oscar fought.

The Pac offer can be looked at from two different perspectives.

    1. It was more money than Pac has ever earned, so he should have taken it.

    2. Floyd would have gotten more than the lions share of the PPV, in what would have surpassed his own fight with De la Hoya, making it THE biggest grossing fight of all time.

So I agree with Manny. I also think that Floyd new full well that Manny wouldn't take the offer. I don't blame him.

Why should Floyd get all of the money? Yes, he deserves the bigger share, but he doesn't deserve millions and millions more.

It's ok saying that Manny should have taken the deal, but Floyd can't make that kind of money fighting anyone else.

So Floyd himself has lost out on a huge payday.

Manny would have been stupid to give him a huge cut of the PPV in the biggest ever grossing fight.

It's crystal clear to me, that Floyd feared losing his zero to Manny.

If it's not the testing, it's something else. There would always be something.

Marquez has fought Manny four times. He's never wanted Manny to be tested in the same way. If Marquez thought Manny was taking things, he'd never have agreed to the fights.

We're now hearing from Canelo's manager, that Floyd has backtracked on his verbal agreement about fighting Canelo in September. But instead of Floyd recieving criticism, all we're hearing is "So what? Canelo's done nothing. He hasn't even fought a legit 154 pounder etc" While that's true, it shows the ambition that Canelo has, and it shows that he's frustrated and upset, because he wanted the fight with Floyd.

People criticise Canelo for his resume, but then when he shows a desire to fight the worlds best fighter, and Floyd messes him around, it's somehow ok? They can't have it both ways.

Fans of Floyd aren't objective in anyway.

It's a good job that Ray Leonard and Tommy Hearns aren't fighting at 147 in their primes right now.
