Easily because he beat Quarty, Marquez and Winky, while Mayorga beat Forrest and Vargas

Judging from what Floyd plans to do next with his career-

DLH, Trinidad, Mosely, Floyd, Vargas, Mayorga.

In my opinion and that's how I rate these now.

And Mosley beat Oscar who beat Mayorga, but lost to Tito, who lost to winky that lost to Vargas that lost to Mayorga, Oscar, Mosley, and Tito. So really the only one that never lost is Floyd

yeah but vargas still losst to mayo who beat forrest who beat IKE . forrest also beat SSM who beat dlh. both beat VARGAS as well. so all in all it would of been a tie but mayo gots the win over vargas which is why he wins the tie:yep :good

uh ferando lost to dlh, tito, ssm(2x) and mayo. he does not get raked you could go in circle for ever and it's a tie there for the tie goes to the winner if there was afight between the 2 in this sort of case where there is a similarities in accomplishments

Mayweather is clearly #1 from that group.

After that Trinidad is a little ahead of Mosley and DLH, but all 3 are all close enough to be on the same tier, then Vargas last, no disrespect, just the quality of the group.

This is PBF's decade, last was Roy's.

I think De la Hoya, like Chavez, was a guy who did his best work in a little of two decades.

Money should be ranked higher but I feel he doesnt get remembered as fondly much like Holmes and that would see some bias against him in ranking him all time.
