    Boxing Illustrated run a superb article on this fight, still remember it vividly, photo showed Nino sitting ( well sort of sitting, the position my grandson adopts when playing with toys , if you have seen it, you will know ) and King Carols looming over the stricken Benvenuti as if to say " don,t " the story goes that the Italian press had headlined " Monzon who are you " well they and the boxing world soon found out.
    Oh how I rushed to the newsagents to get my BN after Monzon had defended, especially when he defended against Bad Bennie, yea a great fighter, and must be in everybody's top 3 surely.

    Soooooooo right. Enjoy it. I always told my kids not to rush their childhood & teen yrs. Being grown up isn't all it's cracked up to be.
