If you're not limiting it to Aussies check out Sam Langford, Joe Jeannette and Sam McVea. Pretty sure one of those pairings had 20+ bouts with each other.
In older times in Australia: Ron Richards vs Fred Henneberry- 10 times (1933-41) Noel Kunde vs Ray Perez- 7 times (1965-67).
there are some unbelievable numbers there would have got sick and tired Sparrow fought one bloke 4 times in a row in a few months that crazy stuff

An obvious one is SRR v Jake LaMotta , 5 times I reckon without looking . Nope just checked they fought SIX times ,
Meanwhile Down under I bet Brian Roberts and Paul Ferreri got sick of the sight of each other as well , 8 times , Roberts sounds class hanging with the likes of Paul and the Flash etc
