every superstar has an ego... the difference is some hold them back while others are being a brat about it.
when he said pac is the greatest fighter he has ever seen i can respect that coz that's his opinion and his job, to hype up his fighter. but when he said Ali was a one handed fighter i was like :blood
and Floyd thinks he the face of boxing and it would be dead without him .... he's delusional and so are his fanboys on here. You'll never in a million years see a 60 minutes on Floyd, unless they are covering violence against women on an episode.
When he said that, I was literally confused. I said to myself, "Which hand?" Ali had a great jab and a great right hand....
there is nothing wrong with an ATG proclaiming he is the best. besides, he was asked. you can't go fighting other elite fighters thinking they are better than you. btw, he is the best!
Lmao Dave Lahr is a funnyass writer "Simon should have taken some footage of Pacquiaos fights with Erik Morales from the first fight and then his fights against Marquez, and then had that going in the background while he talked about Pacquiaos catch-weight fights." http://www.boxingnews24.com/2010/11/pacquiao-on-60-minutes-boring-as-heck/
If you're a hypersensitive girl I can understand how you could interpret that as Pacquiao being arrogant.
Believe it or not, this is likely. Pac grew up in the outskirts of society. Remember, he fought to feed his family and just to survive. If you are working to survive, you don't care who did what in this history of the sports. He rather pay for food than buy a TV or newspaper. I'm sure, at his age, he heard about Flash Elorde, Penalosa, and De La Hoya from his training partners. I don't think he went as far as Ali or Ceferino Garcia.
thanks for the vids. It was obvious that Manny was playing with the camera when he said "Of course me." You could sense it was just a joke. It was never said with conviction or arrogance or malice.
