Just solely going off the interview but looks a bit broken and lost to be honest... seems no boxing in his life through COVID has led into his partner leaving him and a whole host of other things so he's spiralled into a dark place.
I've watched previous ones on Channel 5 and BT. The format is good and with the short bouts you can get some decent action. Obviously anyone who wins a three round tear-up risks being demolished in the following stage. Any kind of cut does make things tough too. As long as it's well matched though, it should be a fun evening.
The problem with these tourneys is they often descend into not particularly entertaining inaccurate gun slinging contests.
Me too. I loved watching the masher box. His weigh-ins against Scotty Cardle are well worth a watch. Hope he does well and wins the tournament.
