    Well...

Many steroids have clearing times, and by the time of a boxing match. Athlete's would not be taking steroids, because steroids are not stimulants. They are for growth and repair..! bionic.

I hate to be a critic, but after the Cotto fight. I thought to myself, something is wrong here. I sent my friend a message on facey, underlining my concern.

How does a man, who at two weight division below welter weight. Was being bounced around the ring, by fighters who aren't half the puncher Miguel Cotto was, or Ricky Hatton was..???

It was alarming how he brushed off Miguel Cotto's shots......its just alarming...not only that side of his performances but other factors aswell.

Manny Pac is a good man, but he does not seem clued up about steroids. When he was saying..

"I don't even know what steroids are, or what colour they are"

This just makes him look very, uneducated. In sport as a athlete you must know your trade and be clued up about ****...

Manny Pac could well be on steriods, and they will never find out. Because in boxing, they only test for certain things, and also Jeff..."There is not test that can detect Growth Hormone"

Its a pretty shitty steriods anyway for athlete's who want to improve performance. You will get bigger but thats about it, you will gain mass which is not functional..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a **** and pointless steroid for boxers..! maybe in combination with other drugs it will be ok, remember Dwain Chambers was on 7 steriods at once man..! 7.!!! their are tones man. One of they was Growth Hormone..! he was 5"11 but went to a weight around 200 pounds, which was not good for his power to weight ratio.

Growth Hormone, just makes your body gain, non functional mass.!!

Obv other things it does, but ive not got all day.

Also get the sterotype of size, out of your head. Anyone can gain mass, whats alarming about Manny Pac..is his performances, and the manner...!

Also Boxing has very weak drug testing..

Its not as simple as just: pissing in a cup before a fight.

To test for each individual steriod, you have to carry out different test.

    This cost allot of money.

Do boxers have ramdom drug testing..? I don't know..

In boxing they porb only test for certain drugs, because they cannot be bother, with putting the time and money into drug testing.

Asafa Powell in the week leading up to the Olympics, was tested 5 times in one week.

    "Five blood samples"

I doubt he consumes 7000 calories a day, at that rate he would be putting on approx 8lbs a week.

What are you on about mate, how on earth do you reckon that??
The whole point is he will us it during training and recovery.

He aint on steroids:patsch Stupid rumour started by Mayweather snr I.M.O.
When Manny was tiny he got stopped cause he was obviously struggling weight wise, thats why he got stopped, now he is heavy his chin is solid, Cotto couldnt dent him. He is just putting on weight/size with PROPER strength and conditioning, and supplementation. The americans are way ahead of us in both, trust me on that one

An average persons maintenance is around 2300 calories a day, he would have to work out intensely for 8+ hours a day to burn close to 7000 calories a day, i doubt even he manages that. Most of the excess calories would be stored as fat, as you can't build muscle that quick.

Whilst you are correct in saying the AVERAGE person needs arounds 2300 kcals as day, let be honest he is far from normal is he?! And you wouldnt need to exercise 8 hours a day to go throught that amount, cause his standing burning rate would be WAY higher than average, think of more in the lines of the avarage guy having a burning rate like a wee pishy coal fire, Manny Pac big **** off turbo charger fire. After all the guy is a machine:good

you're correct but it's still hard to fathom. I would've thought it would be something like 4500 cals for him but 7000!. All I know is the mothe****er trains even harder than I thought, and I thought he trained like a crazy dude.

There are even average folk with huge burning rate, I weigh 96kgs, my missus is less than 60kgs, she eats the same as me but doesnt put on any weight ever, I take an extra slice of cheese, boom, big ass:lol: Ok, exaggerating a bit but you know what I mean. Yeah he trains like a beast
