That was for the 1st proposed fight. According to Floyd, there were no 2nd negotiations. HBO said there were negotiations. Floyd is lying out of his ass

It is not USADA protocol because it did not stop 18 days before the fight. Not good enough.

its not fair because then the testing wouldnt be randomized up until the day of the fight.. there are certain substances that can be out of your system within a day after you take them...just being real

USADA stopped testing 18 days before the fight on Floyd/Mosley fight. The thing is it's still up to USADA if they will still test the fighters up until the fight! isn't it unfair to stop the test 18 days before? if you really want to make a statement that OSDT is what boxing needs, **** it, they should have tested floyd and shane up until the day of the fight just like what floyd wanted. can you call that OSDT?

yes i can, because both fighters didn't know when they were coming to test them. That the whole point, a point many people are to stupid to understand.

What floyd is asking pac to do and something he himself is willing to agree to, is let them come whenever, we have nothing to hide?

why is this so hard to do?:rofl

It not rocket science. All this bull**** about 7 day 14 day window makes no sense, they come when they want to come, they stop when they want to stop, simple. They stopped on the 18th day for mosley v mayweather that their choice, both these fighters never knew when they were coming.

A test should always be taken in its original format. Don't ask for shortcuts. What if you were to ask the authorities to shorten a driver's test? Even if you can make an argument that cutting off a few questions wouldn't make a big difference, do you really think your plan is going to fly? You have to follow certain protocols handed down by whoever is responsible. You might say a blood test is invasive but boxers are world class athletes and are expected to go beyond reason therefore asking for 6 or 7 random blood tests shouldn't be a big deal.

A 7 day cutoff period doesn't seem like it would make a difference. But the problem is Mayweather can make the same argument. It wouldn't make too big of a difference for Pacquiao to go another seven days in which he may or may not be tested. Mosley went through it. Floyd went through it. Pac, considered one of the most fiercest and bravest competitors in any sport, should be able to go through it as well.

If Floyd wanted the fight happen it already would have. Favorite to win but probably still too risky in his mind. Simple as that. Only hefty reminder from IRS can change his mind.

no answer from VecArrow? well he is the no.1 floyd fan here who would rather not see this fight if floyd's demand was not met. **** his own opinon if it is fair or not. he'll just went with anything floyd had said.

Providing all the results are fine, the drug-officers will not go beyond 14 days anyway. This is why Floyd, in the first negotiations, settled on a 14-day cutoff. He’s just being extremely stubborn now with his ‘no cutoff’ demand. And it makes it all the more ridiculous when he knows Pac isn’t even on anything. We’ve had two failed fights, constant bickering, permanent fall-outs etc, all because of Floyd’s desire to get a mental edge. If he would have just dropped his bull****, or even stuck by his previous 14-day request, the fight would have been made by now.

he would not get any mental edge from pacquiao. the thing was, the moment that his father advised him not to fight pacquiao, floyd was already mentally defeated ever since.

The interesting thing, is that it is clear Floyd is playing games.

7 days cut off is good enough for Floyd, but apparently that was a 'limited time offer'.

Either 7 days is acceptable or it isn't. Either 7 days is sufficient proof that someone is not on PEDS, or it is not.

The problem is that this game is all about not fighting Pac.
