Where's the precedent for a guy to be blood tested for professional boxing?

Again, EPO and Steroids are best detected by urine tests, this is scientifically proven and has been backed by doctors, you're argument is void.

HGH is the only drug caught by blood tests, would you like to know how many HGH users USADA has caught using blood testing? One.

Explain the difference between 14 and 21? I guess 7, I'm not sure what you mean by that. The bottom line is to try and mandate a "cut off" date for a third party testing organization goes against the entire idea of having a third party do it. It's their test, their rules, their reputation that supports the findings...simple as that. The idea of a "cut off" period is crazy, but to act as if he's agreed to "7 days"...well not in any instance that mattered he didn't.

Manny keeps requesting cutoffs...so Floyd will keep requesting no cutoffs. It's as simple as that.

He does not think Pacquiao is clean...and Pacquiao does not feel the need to prove to anyone that he is (on Floyd's terms).

In order to make this fight happen..who should accommodate whom? You can make an argument for both sides.

But, the person that has the opportunity to make the boldest statement, and have the most significant win, is Pacquiao.

Not really. If Floyd got the fight on his terms, then schooled Pac, he wouldn't get full credit, anyway. People would be saying he has to fight this guy or that guy to prove his is the best. They'd say...Pac was too small anyway, he was damaged from his 'wars' with Cotto, Margarito, Clottey, and Shane, the blood test weakened him, etc. That cycle will never end for Floyd, until he is defeated. Floyd has a pot of gold to look forward to, when/if he decides to take this fight. But, any other accolades will come few and far between...because, most people want to see him lose.

Pac has an opportunity to make a huge statement, by taking the fight on Floyd's terms and beating him on those terms. He will be considered a top 10 fighter (even though it may not be warranted), because, most people want to see him win. And Floyd is the standard to which Pac is measured, right now.

Pacquiao has an opportunity to make a huge statement? He's the p4p #1 fighter in the world and ranked as a higher ATG than Floyd right now.:patsch

Both have a statement to make but Floyd has a bigger statement to make, this is clear.

Pacquiao is #1 due to Floyd's inactivity. Prior to that, people could not decide.

As I said...Floyd's win will be discredited, if he makes it look easy, against Pac, or if the fight is close... considering the fact that he will, probably, be favored to win, going in...and people, generally, want to see him lose, and somehow discredit any opponent who can't deliver on that.

Considering the fact that he will, probably, be an underdog, going in, Pac's win over Floyd, whether it's close or not, will be a huge statement...even more so, if he beats Floyd on his terms.

However, I do agree they both have a statement to make. I just feel Pac has the opportunity to make the bigger statement.

There will be critics I agree, but that happens to everyone, for example SRL beating Hagler who many say was old and shot. Pacquiao has critics too, for instance people that say Hatton was shot and that Cotto was shot as well.

Right...but, Pacquiao like Leonard has the majority of fans and the media on his side. His win will be given more merit...by virtue of the fact that more people want to see him win, and see Floyd beaten.

The criticisms of Cotto and Hatton are motivated by people seeing them beaten brutally, only a few fights before Pac fought them...and seeing how easily those fights were for Pac.

They aren't really helping their case, with choices like Margarito and Shane either.

if Pac agreed to that...Floyd camp just would add more demand.

    Here's a preview.

I don't think Floyd want this fight at this time.
