70's Cuban prospects that could have made an impact on the pro scene

It's often said how Cuba had a lot of good fighters around in that period who could have rewritten history if given the opportunity.

I'll admit I'm fairly ignorant when it comes to the amateur scene in general, so I'd like to ask, what are the best Cuban fighters in the 70's that would have been successful if they had the opportunity to turn pro. Educate me!
