its interesting you'd try to claim that, in your post thats almost directly after my answers you asked for. keep up the planet K posts.
Foreman's power was far more savage in his comeback. He did not swing hayemakers with all his might anymore. He threw arm punches as part of his energy conserving game plan. Even his lightly thrown jab was knocking back guys heads like they were hit with right hands. He blew Holyfield across the ring with a jab. Lewis couldn't do that landing his best uppercut. Foreman's lightly thrown shots obliterated guys during his comback - Kooney, Cooper , Quai, Rod, Elis... and Iron chinned Coatzer to name a few. Nobody handled his power. The guys who avoided it over the distance employed nimble stick & move game that Viltali does not have. Vitali would shatter to Foremans power just like he did to the power of Lewis. Vitali does not have an iron chin. He was ran all over the ring by a pudding fist Chisora and was fearful of the piter pats thrown by Chris Burd.
I favour a prime Foreman over Old Man Foreman, but I have to admit that Dino has a bit of a point. Old Foreman was far more calm and collected, and he used his jab to great effect. It really was a hurtful punch on its own.
Dino, Briggs who fought them both said Vitali hit harder than Foreman!:deal Vitali can box with the best of them, turing punchers like Peter into his personal pineta, and making Arreola who had more stamina when he fought Vitali into a chase and swing guy. Foreman who's face was a mess vs Alex Stewart would look like a souffle at the hands of Vitali. Foreman just too slow, not goof enough on defense, and MUCH shorter.... You don't know what you're talking about... Many guys lasted with the 90's Foreman. Some beat him. Others were likely " robbed " Insert your own excuses.
I'll agree Foreman's jab was decent in the 1990's, but let's see who who! Who was that jab effective on? Not Tommy Morrison, Alex Stewart, Evandar Holyfield Mike Moorer, Alex Schultz, etc... see my point? Okay it was a factor vs those who didn't move much or have defense. He's not likely to land that jab much on Vitali. Foreman cherry picked many of his opponents.
Such a stupid comment. Brigss was PRIME when he fought a near FIFTY year old Foreman. He was shot to absolute bits when he fought a PRIME Vitaly. He had leg and head movement against old George . He stood there like a punch bag against Vitali. If he stood like that in front of Foreman , he would have been sparked clean OUT. And that old long gone Foreman lost that fight in a terrible robbery. Those two bums walked straight into Vitlai punches - doubling the impact of the punch- all night long and never even hit the canvas. They wouldn't have lasted 4 rounds against Foreman Alex Stewart was a good fighter and there is not a lot of guys Vitali beat that were better than him. He was about to get destroyed in the second round and realised he had to run for his life. He boxed a back foot game the bums Vitali fought were in- capable of boxing. Vitali can't move around the ring like that either, he pulls back in straight lines so your point is moot as usual. Says the guy claiming Foreman wasn't a dangerous puncher and many guys took his power. Remind me of all the guys who took his power without having to constantly stick and move on the back foot? The guys who beat him far superior to the limited robot Vitali - a guy who was only ever good enough to sign fights with bums who plodded forward in straight lines.
Vitali vs Briggs the most one sided cold blooded beating? Surely you jest, Id go for Foreman vs Frazier 1. Vitali punches harder than Foreman?Lol how may bombs did Lewis eat form Vitali without getting dropped? This is 70s Foreman, the guy who destroyed Frazier and Norton and had Ali ****ing blood for a week. Look what a gassed over the hill Lewis did, imagine what a hungry Foreman would do. Vitali was more of an accumulation puncher than Foreman. Can't recall any devastating KOs from Vitali that didnt come after a sustained beating, unless you count Solis, I believe he tore a tendon. And who's to say Vitali wouldn't have early success and maybe outbox Foreman, its only a matter of time especially if its a smaller ring. With all due respect Vitali isnt fleet footed either. I did think his win over Arreola was impressive though, young hungry contender who could crack got demoralized, stopped, and cried. Not easy to do.
70's Foreman was a one trick pony, who thought he could hit guy's chins and they went over. That would NOT have happened against Vitali Klitchko. Foreman gets totally destroyed inside 6 rounds. MURICANS need not reply.
Honestly, I'd expect vitali to respond by hitting him back.. And the instances he'd have to show such grit would probably be few as Foreman would be outreached and struggling against a fairly effective outside fighting game.. Vitali wasn't very fast. But he wasn't any slower than foreman either, despite being the much larger man.. I see no real advantages for George aside from dirty facial expressions.
That's exactly what would happen if Foreman clocked him. Vitalis mythical iron chin would get cracked just like it nearly did against Sanders.
um, bit part titlist who needed a 2nd person in order to retain his title easily beats ATG undefeated gold medallist undisputed HW champion? no. tis a joke.
Bob Fitzsimmons was an ATG and undisputed heavyweight champion too. How many modern heavys would you pick him to beat?
