I said almost none. Briggs and Lewis were practically the same height. Purrity was **** don't even mention him. Hides punch resistence failed? Yeah, and Khan's "punch resistence" failed against prescott, garcia, and canelo. It's called having a glass chin buddy.

Hide did suck, but he's an afterthought . The big punchers who Vitali fought were experienced against big men.

Hide had speed and could punch. Hide landed a hard right hand on Vitali in round one. A chin checker. Vitali didn't even blink.

Rid**** Bowe called Hide the hardest puncher he fought.

Did Vitali punch as hard as Foreman? Probably not, then again his matches with a blown up cruiser in Hiding and Norris, lasted a 3 combined rounds. Put Vitali in there with the lighter gloves of the 70's vs smaller men, and the impact of his blows would be more pronounced.

Vitali was more of a boxer type, not going for the KO on every punch. Foreman tried to get a KO more often.

The interesting thing about Vitali's resume does not only do he stopped some guys with good chins, in most cases he stopped his opponents faster than the entire field did.

More like his team doctor told him to take something to speed up the healing. If you know anything about steroids the stuff Vitali took wasn't close to the hardcore stuff. As a pro he always tested clean, and the test these days are much better than those in the 1970's

But this is the amateurs! It's like saying Ali who once lost on cuts in the amateurs is susceptible to the same in the pros.

Are you saying Vitali was much harder to hit?

It seems like you are. The truth is Vitali, used his legs, never rested on the ropes, never was floored, and had good defensive reflexes, and had a harder jab. In addition, he was a master od distance and had towering height and long arms, 29.5" by HBO version of reach from the pit of the arm to the fist, which was even greater than Lennox Lewis!

The reason Ali took more damage is because he was unorthodox, wasn't as tall, didn't have the stamina to move for the entire fight in the 1970's when Foreman meets him and lacked the power to scare his opponents off from engaging. Oh, Ali clinched a heck of a lot more too.

Vitali klitschko stronger than Foreman, lmao not even in the same league, foreman would weight around 230 pounds for his fight with the lanky mantis and would handle him like an insect

Height wouldn't be a problem for Foreman.

I still don't know how you can say that Ali was on steroids. All they had that was worth anything was D-Bol and that is for size not speed or stamina.

Just think about it logically. Who was Ali's trainer? Dundee. Dundee didn't like weights. Steroids were associated with weight lifters and bodybuilders. It is highly illogical for Dundee to refuse to allow Ali or any of his fighters for that matter to use weights but all of a suddenly warmed up to steroids which were commonly used to bulk up.

why u kliturds gotta pointblank repeatedly refuse to see sanders was a 38 year old retiree, someon who wouldn't land a title shot in alis era?

instead u reverse the truth and make a 38 year old retiree with a failed career into "greatest ever". How blind do you have to be to think this?

this pretty much says it all.

notice the commone denominator here? Wlad. this is about wlads weaknesses.

    Thanks for highlighting them.

Even though Chuck Wepner, Jean Coopman, Alfredo Evangelista, Leon Spinks, Richard Dunn, Brian London and Henry Cooper did?

Powerful is a subjective term. Are we talking about mass? How much he can bench press? How hard they can hit? How they handle each other in a clinch?

Vitali has always been a pretty ripped fighter, so I'd say the bigger ripped fighter is likely stronger than the smaller ripped fighter. I'd say that Foreman likely hits harder punch for punch than Vitali. But that's a consequence of technique and not raw power. Vitali is actually a conservative puncher, he likes to keep his balance. Which makes the fact that he has a higher KO% than Foreman shocking. He has some serious strength to him.
