Doesn't mean he can't give a good fight. I don't put too much stock into "he's this old or that old". Dirrell looked good in his last fight and Plant is no world beater. Should be an interesting fight for sure.

Hopefully, I’ve always liked Dirrell, I just think the fight’s gonna be a stinker.

I get the explanation. I'm sure they'll make a killing with around 100k buys. Wilder's idiot fan base can't afford that

You literally want to buy it but can't afford it and think it's too much. ;)

For this tripe, no way. The fans have been duped; this isn't a Super fight. This match is a Sho-time event.

I do think it's too much, so you're half right.

I will watch the Kambosos fight on ESPN ;)

Maybe it'll break the "stolen PPV" record.

Apparently, Fury-Wilder II was stolen by upwards of 20 million people.

Everyone loves to watch Wilder fight.

Even Jacques81, apparently. Because he's one of the few who bought it. ;)

I used to think dubblechin was a boxing fan but now its obvious he is just a wilder fan and doesn't care about boxing.

I wouldn't care if my all time favorite fighter was fighting.
If they were charging this much for a **** poor card like this I'd blast them .

This, AND he's talking trash about my Wilder trash talk. I am sad as I always thought he liked my Dossier.

He must be a Wilder Fanboy.. God knows why

Well that would certainly offset the revenue lost by lowering the price, lol.

Lol. It is more befitting a $49.99 card is all I'm saying

All I’m saying is they’re going to set the price point to maximize revenue (not buys) based on the data they have.

You’re putting a value on it as a ‘this is what I think it’s worth’ and they’re putting a value on it as ‘this is the price at which we think the number of buys generates the most revenue.’

I suspect a lot of people who think it should be cheaper wouldn’t buy it at the cheaper price, but of course there’s no way to know.

For me, if I buy it, the tipping point will be the undercard. I know I’m interested in the main event but not sure I’ll press the button. The Caleb Plant fight underneath tips me toward buying. (I’ll also be looking at what college football games are on that night.)
