Cheers:good. Never heard of him before. Like Buncey said, it may be worth trying to jst grapple with these guys to get a feel for the size of them as well. http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=30144&cat=boxer
That's Kaoklai he's fighting, one of the greatest thai-boxers in the last 20 years. Watch what he does to Mighty Mo (Another kickboxer, who knocked out Francis Botha quicker than Tyson) [YT]TelQntPJUA0[/YT] HMC is not very technical at all, he only got by in K1 due to his height and reach.
He might as well have got the Great Khali over from WWE as sparring with this guy is a complete waste of time.
julius long. boxer. family of basketballers had a dodgy ankle took up boxing and sparked out many a guy in the gym thus becoming a local prospect then went pro with little nish he had andgot exposed. not much stamina not much technique, not much movement, not much defence and chinny a fab mix to look good against a tall guy with a decent amount of wins. audley beat him up. sam peter destroyed him DIFFERENTLY [yt]w4LWLJn1IG4[/yt] if i could choose a sparring partner, size would be a big thing (pun) but i woudl want a workingman boxer. not a flashy guy not a freakishly tall guy . someone who is strong has alot of stamina and a decent skill set...remember it's the jab which valuev will value most here so a paced boxer would be the look out. faruq saleem...very good sparrign partner...practicly a full timer in the department a worker bee with a big frame and a strogn foreward moving boxing style.
slightly off topic but khaoklai went pro in the boxing world http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=59846&cat=boxer
That fight was like watching the finale of "Game of Death". Those commentators sounded like they had been at the pub all day too.
