    Holmes was scheduled to face Tyson as far back as 1986 when Mike was in his first year as a professional. Tyson KO8 Holmes

    Tyson would always be a bad fight for Holmes....Tyson right hand, speed and good combo's, unorthodox execution and angles hard to defend against, Tyson GOOD FINISHER

    Holmes had the stronger mind,and would be the best jab Tyson faced and Holmes showed heart to get up but was vulnerable to right hands and the best he fought in his prime, Shavers and Snipes who dropped him and Weaver and Witherspoon who rocked him did not have the power in one punch or could never finish a man like Tyson was able to....Tyson is always a bad fight night for Larry
